ANNUAL MEETING
OF MEMBERSHIP

assessments. By attending
the meeting you have an
additional chance of
winning.
PARKING
As a courtesy to your
neighbors, please try not to
block driveways or
mailboxes when parking on
the streets. A reminder to
all owners, storing of
vehicles on driveway is not
allowed.
LANDSCAPING
Approval was given to Pacific Properties for upgrades at the bottom of the slope on Evening Creek at Sabre Hill Drive. We are hopeful that by next spring the change will be noticeable and will result in additional color. Now is a great time to
review your front lawn to see
if it needs to be reseeded
and fertilized. Also, trees
should be reviewed for
trimming needs.
WEB SITE
The Board is currently
working with America's HOA
Central in developing a web
site. More information will be
available and a
demonstration will be given
at the Annual Meeting in
November. The web site will
be used for the publishing of
items such as minutes,
newsletters, agendas, etc.
Recently the Board
contracted Rescom to sand
and repair benches and
equipment along the trail.
Pacific Properties was given
approval to regrade and
replace bender boards along
with major clean-up. The
work is now completed and
has made a difference to the
appearance and condition of
the trails. We hope that
members will enjoy the
upgrades and that it will
make the trails more
enjoyable for use.
TRICK OR TREAT
During the Halloween Holiday be
alert to the goblins within the
neighborhood. Parents should
dress their children in light
reflecting costumes and caution
them about proper safety
measures. Be sure that when
you are driving your automobile
that you slow down.
TRASH CANS
Please remember that trash cans
should not be placed out for pick
up prior to 12 hours before the
scheduled time for and should be
stored out of sight.
