ANNUAL MEETING The Annual Meeting of the membership will be held November 8th in the multi-purpose room of the Morning Creek Elementary School. Members are invited to attend and partake during the open session. Owners who return their proxy, will have their name entered into a drawing for one (1) year of free assessment. Please return your proxy to help establish a quorum. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the enclosed Board Application and return it to management so that your name and information can be included in the Annual Meeting Notice that is mailed to the members. FEEDING ANIMALS-STORING FOOD Reminder, when you feed the cute entertaining critters you are inviting some of the undesirable elements of the wild, such as rats. If you are using your garage for the storage of foods you may also be inviting some undesirables for dinner. Think before you place food out. ARCHITECTURE Many owners have taken the initiative to make exterior changes or paint the exterior of their home during the summer months. As a reminder, if you are going to change the color of your, please submit for ARC approval prior to starting the work. TRAIL MAINTENANCE Recently it was noticed that the fence along the trail was in need of repairs. The city owns the fence and has agreed to make the repairs. INDIVIDUAL FENCES Many fences are in need of painting. Please review your fence to see if a touch up is needed. The wood fence color for the Montecito homes is the original color. Take a chip of paint from a shaded area to the paint store and have it matched. The wood fence color for the Saddle Ridge and North Creek homes is Frazee CZ-12-5330. BEWARE... BE ALERT... This is the time of year you will be receiving a visit from the neighborhood goblins. Parents should dress their children in light reflecting costumes and caution them about the proper safety measures.
