NEXT BOARD MEETING The next Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. in the staff lounge at Morning Creek Elementary School. Members are invited to attend and partake during the open session. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS How would you like to eliminate the need to write monthly checks for your Homeowner's Association assessments? The Prescott Companies offers automatic assessment withdrawal. Please contact Tina Cano in the Accounting Department of The Prescott Companies to set-up. COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS Once a month the community is inspected for infractions of the governing documents of the association. It appears that making improvements to your property is catching. Whole streets are beginning to take on the glow of new paint, new plant material and clean driveways. Give yourselves a big pat on the back, your looking great! In order to help you understand what is being observed, here is a list of the things that are looked at on these inspections: paint on garage doors, trim and fences, stucco, lawns, planter beds, slopes and if trash cans are being allowed to remain in view of the community. Occasionally cars, trailers and trucks are observed being stored on driveways. Please take a little time to look around your property to see if you are a candidate for a "Courtesy-Violation Letter". ENERGY CHECK UP SDG&E is offering an energy checkup. The representatives will survey your appliances and estimate the cost of the energy they use, then recommend low-cost or no-cost savings measures that are just right for you. TRAIL MAINTENANCE The City has been notified that repairs are needed to the fence along the creek portion of the trail and have agreed to review and make the necessary repairs. New wood bender board will be installed to replace the ugly black plastic. DOGS Have you lost a pet or found one?

they will come out to pick up a lost
pet and do their best to reunite pet
and owner. Hang on to this
number, it can be a lifesaver. Also,
help out Animal Control by having a
collar and tags with the pet's name
and your phone number.
