.

NEXT BOARD MEETING

The next Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. in the staff lounge at Morning Creek Elementary School.  Members are invited to attend and partake during the open session.

TREE PROGRAM

Four times a year the common area trees in Sabre Springs Neighborhood Association are inspected by arborist, Kathy Fulhorst.  The community is divided into four section, each section being inspected once a year.  Trees are trimmed in accordance with the recommendations of the arborist.

WELCOME BELLE FLUER RESIDENTS

Welcome to all of our new residents.  New homes in Belle Fluer are proceeding on schedule with completion nearing.  Please be patient with neighbors during the initial installation of landscaping.

BIG THANK YOU

To residents who have taken the initiative to paint there homes and upgrade their landscaping.  If you are anticipating painting your home in the near future, the Association has made arrangements to have available at the Frazee Paint Store in Carmel Mountain Plaza a paint specialist who will assist Sabre Springs Neighborhood Association members with the selection of a pre-approved paint scheme for your home.  Garage doors should be painted all one color.  There is a single paint color for all wooden fences within the North Creek and Saddle Ridge communities of Sabre Springs.

LANDSCAPING

One of the many areas that is inspected by the management company, is the individual landscaping to insure that yards are maintained to community standards.  Although  landscaping can be subjective, the management team is primarily concerned with weeds, mowing and overall appearance as it relates to the community as a whole.  This spring it was noted that many residents were making improvements to their property.  Pride of ownership is showing through and the community has benefited from these efforts.

ARCHITECTURAL FORMS

You may call The Prescott Companies to obtain an Architectural and Landscaping Guidelines booklet/application form. The application form included in the booklet should be completed and submitted for approval before starting projects which will change the exterior of your home.  You may install a new garage door without obtaining approval.

CHICARITA CREEK WALKING TRAIL

Looking for a place to take a nice leisurely stroll?  Try the Chicarita Creek Walking Trail  with two entrances on Evening Creek Drive and one on Sabre Springs Parkway next to the Stoneybrook  Community.   The best parking is along Evening Creek Drive.  The area is beautiful and includes an archeological site. The exercise stations along the trail are maintained by the Sabre Springs Neighborhood Association and are there for your enjoyment.
