Planning on Painting Your Castle?

If you are planning to repaint any portion of your homes' exterior, it is recommended that homeowners take a sample chip of their home paint color to determine the specific color scheme. The Frazee brand paints can be purchased at the Frazee Paints in Carmel Mountain (858-487-4642), located by Hallmark and Trader Joe's.

The Association requests that when garage doors are repainted they be painted one solid color, using the lighter of the color choices, to update the look of the community.

ALL - Please note that both North Creek and Saddle Ridge are standardized with the same fence color. The Frazee paint color code for fences is CZ-12-5330.
