Mailbox & Fence Repairs

MAILBOX REPAIRS

The Association does not maintain any mailboxes within the Association, including the Montecito or Belle Fleur mailboxes or the locking gang-box style mailboxes located on the west side of Montecito servicing the single-family homes near Springbrook Drive and Springhurst Drive.

The maintenance and repair of mailboxes is the responsibility of the homeowners. The Post Office will not deliver your mail if your mailbox is not maintained.

FENCE REPAIRS

Wrought iron fences and shared back yard fences are the responsibility of the homeowners. Creative Fence (760-747-7339), Knight Iron Works (760-726-1220) and Vista Fence (760-941-1629) are a few vendors that will make repairs to fences. Please make sure to check out the references of any vendor you may consider hiring, the Association makes no guarantee of any workmanship.
